I truly enjoyed Troutville and found the hotel to be nice and modern in a very safe area. Our room was bright and accommodating, equipped with a mini fridge and ironing board. The room also had a safe, which was a nice feature. The location of the hotel was favorable, and the staff was nice overall.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its clean room and fast staff. The location was marvellous, next to a restaurant. It was also very close to the center of the back wall and retail, grocery stores. The restaurant was relatively near the property. Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Troutville.

Its location in Troutville was absolutely perfect and excellent, near to restaurants and interstate, grocery stores and the center. The room they gave us was tastefully decorated and reasonably large with hair dryer and shampoo, for example:)))

It's modern low budget hotel with very friendly staff. The property has a perfect and nice location, just next door to restaurants and retail, grocery stores as well as the center of the back wall. There are affordable rates in the property.

I loved the clean and basic room with "wood" floors, perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The staff was professional and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. The continental breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. Easy access to Rt 95 was a plus.
Felt at home instantly, no reason to complain.
